  • Direct Call / WhatsApp / Email
  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial advance payment as per rate plan.
  • Payment Terms:
  • Standard Bookings: 50% advance to confirm, balance on check-in
  • Peak Dates & Packages: 100% advance required
  • Accepted Payments: UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Razorpay, Cash
  • Group Bookings:
  • 5 or more rooms are considered group bookings
  • Separate terms and advance policy apply
  • Amendments:
  • One-time date change allowed up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability and fare difference

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • 7+ Days Prior to Check-In: 100% refund
    3–6 Days Prior: 50% refund
    Less than 3 Days / No Show: No refund
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
    Payment gateway charges (2–3%) will be deducted
    Early Check-Out / Late Check-In: No refund
    Non-Refundable Bookings: No refund on promotional or last-minute deals

  1. General Hotel Policies
    • Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
      Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
      • Early/Late check-in is subject to availability and charges
    • ID Requirement:
    • Government-issued ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, DL) for all guests
    • Mandatory even for children above 5 years
    • Visitors Policy:
    • Allowed until 10:00 PM only
    • Overnight visitors not permitted unless registered
    • Smoking Policy:
    • Strictly not allowed in rooms
    • ₹2000 penalty applicable
    • Designated outdoor areas available
    • Pet Policy:
    • Pets are not allowed
    • Guest Conduct:
    • Any misconduct, abuse, or property damage will lead to eviction without refund

    • Cost of any damage to room property, fixtures, or furniture will be billed to the guest
